Worse customer service ever. If there was a zero they would deserve it. Avoid headaches stay away from this 7-eleven.

I often give 7-Eleven gift cards to my customers when I want to give them as gifts. So I bought a lot of gift cards with credit cards. The cashier said that this branch can only be bought with cash. I will never buy a 7-Eleven gift card again.

This 7/11 store in Fairfax is a nice store and has good suplies. The staff are very nice. The lady cashier in the morning is very nice. The keep the store clean and organized. This is on my way to work and I like to stop to get my coffee for my long drive. The manage the customers very well. Some of the reviews are not fair to the staff on Google and I think it s because the staff knows what they are dong and they refused to be pushed around. Like my morning Coffee.

3965 Jermantown Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030 I was at this 7-11 this morning before work, about 6:15AM and the cashier wouldn't sell me a Juul pack. The cashier told me that they weren't allowed to sell them until 7am. However turned around and sold me a normal cig pack. I'm so frustrated and confused. Can anyone verify that this is a rule? I'm confused why he could sell a normal pack of cigarettes but not e-cigs? Definitely a bad start to my day..

Lunch break!!! Why is there only 1 cashier during your busy hours? Why not try 2? Maybe that will help your parking lot congestion. Quick and convenient is the majority demand for people who are taking their lunch break. Not, wait for a place to park, dodge the lady who's only job is mopping to make your floor as slippery as possible and then stand in a line for a total of 15 minutes! This unexaggerated "1" star review is based on my past and present experience and it took 3 minutes to write.

Coffe is great ( I like the medium Roast) with hazelnut creamer ( international delight, the only one i like) crazy , awesome rewarding program! I love it!
