Pho Nom Nom

I go to the Rockville location after I climb at Earth treks, and I love it, so I was thrilled to hear that a second Pho Nom Nom was opening around the corner from home. Menu and decor are identical to Rockville, space is a bit bigger. Less crowded, probably due to the recent opening. My favorite place for pho.

Came to eat with a couple friends here, when we walked in we were immediately seated and given menu’s. About a family of 6 and a couple came in after us and as we were waiting for our order to be taken we noticed that the other customers have already ordered and gotten the food before we even recieved any attention from the waitress. When we were done ordering they somehow messed up our appetizer order and sort of got angry with us. Then, when we went to go pay she didn’t know how to separate our checks so we told her what we ordered (it was about the same amount of food and sizes) but paid completely different prices. When we asked her about it she made us seem like we were the dumb and didn’t know the price of the food we ordered. Overall, the food wasn’t bad, on the contrary it was really good, they just need to work on their customer service skills.
