Had the worst customer service experience I've ever had. My order was being taken by a kind woman running the window but was suddenly interrupted by a male voice over the speaker saying "d@mn are you f#*king hungry" (the real interjection was not so sensored) I said excuse me and he tried to brush it off as "speaking to someone else" but he obviously had just forgotten his microphone was still on. Rudest thing I've ever experienced at any restaurant. I was shocked to say the least. Also, I wasn't placing a large order, it was a standard size 2 piece meal with 2 extra sides to save for later.

Closed on Monday 6/13/22 at 6.20pm all employees out back watching a thunder storm move through. I had to drive to another chicken house in Huber... not a KFC and spent 65.00 on food. I guess my business wasn't wanted in fairborn. I am a retail Store manager and would be very upset if this was my crew. Hope to see better service in the future if I decide to give it another chance.

Absolutely awful customer service. The manager there treat her customers like dirt. I went through drive thru and she greeted me by saying "you will have to wait, I'm busy" and after I ordered she told me that my order was to long, when I only ordered a popcorn chicken combo! They never have business, I'm shocked they are still open.

If I could give 0 stars I would the manager Michelle needs to be fired immediately having someone as disrespectful as and rude as her working at the store is very dangerous the way that she talks to people and treats people is ridiculous. She's lucky that I am not like most people because the way she treated me today Was pathetic And if it was anyone else it would have been an extremely big Conflict!!!!

Overall the food tasted great. Maybe the Nashville hot sandwich is just naturally messy, but I felt like this was excessive. The bottom bun was soaked with the sauce (grease? Couldn't tell) and was a challenge to eat. Everything still tasted great! The fries were hot, coleslaw was as good as it always is. The sandwich was just exceptionally messy. Was able to make it work with a large stack of napkins.
