Location - spot on Gas station - gas Prices mostly cheaper than near by stations Cleanliness - clean and well maintained. Service Speed - quick as possible based on crowd. Mostly at some hours , you will be in queue for drive through. Access : convenient for drive through than in store order. Limited parking space for about 10 cars excluding space on pumps. Convenience store: staff at pos are sometime don’t bother to ask whether you are waiting for convenience store order or coffee order. Food taste: Mostly aligned with other store near by Friendliness : it’s hit or miss , sometime you feel you are served well and sometimes it seems like not. I have been visiting this place for past 10 years and it could have been better on recent times.

I have been a customer daily at this site for 7 years… it’s gone from being the best in town to trash… the employees are rude and they can’t make a drink consistently anymore. I am very lactose intolerant and they charge .53 cents more for oat milk. I don’t care about that but god use more than a drip. You can barely tell it’s in it!! And the foods always cold or made wrong. Nothing like cold food. Just go to downingtown. It’s not far and the products are better and the drinks made right each time.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I don't normally write negative reviews but this was insane. First of all, they got the order wrong. They didn't include the egg and cheese croissant I asked for. Then, I ordered two egg and cheese wraps. The cheese was completely burnt and the outer shell was like a hard taco. I will not change my review unless I get a much deserved refund.
