This was my second order with Cookies By Design. The second came from a request from my great niece, who could not stop raving about the cookies I had sent her in Sept. You know the product is good when it meets the approval of a teen. Thus I decided to order another round this past week. The attention I received on phone, calling from MA left me assured the cookies and my great niece’s joy would soon be met. Cookies were delivered timely and person went out of her way to be accommodating and making the transaction simple and complete.

Ordering was incredibly easy and delivery was perfect. Sent a large cookie bouquet plus an extra dozen as a thank you to our pediatrician's office, and they were thrilled. They let me know the cookies were delicious and everyone was excited to have one.

Catherine from Cookies by Design is amazing! She came through for us when we had a major cookie crisis! We had ordered cookies for a bridal shower and the person we ordered from didn’t come through the day before the shower. Catherine for an order together for us in the same day and even has them hand- delivered to our house. Wow!! We would recommend them to everyone!!

Cookies by Design in Exton is a LIFESAVER!! No matter what my request, the response is always friendly, prompt, and economical. I use Cookes by Design in Exton for all of my important events. Over the Memorial Day Weekend I served cookies by Cookies by Design, the presentation was beautiful and I received numerous compliments--everyone wanted to know where I ordered cookies that "taste as good as they look!".
