Sometimes they rush making the drinks leading to weak tasting mochas, hot chocolates and lattes and its not as nice as if they took a bit more time and put a bit more effort. Overall they are nice but wish they would make the drinks better.

Nice people, welcoming, clean loos but can you please train Nero staff as to how to make a cup of tea to take away! If not, may I do it myself in future? :)

My local Caffe Nero branch is in Islington but it's closed for renovations at the moment, so I've started coming here for my free coffee (thanks Vitality!!).
However I may continue to come here even when Islington re-opens. The staff are friendly, tables are clean and service is always fast.
