My sister and I came in yesterday evening for a quick bite before a concert. We were greeted with smiles and friendly comments from the staff, the food was great - freshly prepared and tasty, and the restaurant was clean and nicely laid out. There was music but not loud enough to stop us chatting (I hate that!) The corn ribs were especially good - we went back for seconds! Just one request - some non-alcoholic beer would be nice. But overall a really great experience and just what we were looking for. Thank you!

Considering this is a chain (I think) I always have a good experience with this place. The staff are always kind and helpful, prices reasonable and the food tastes more fresh and less processed than most other places on the higjstreet

Good food, especially enjoy the beef, and the amount of choice! The staff were really kind and clearly presented all of the options for my meal kindly, very much enjoyed my meal, would come back again :)

I stopped here in Exeter because I was in the mood for Mexican food and saw that they had great reviews. We came in at around noon. The employees we're very friendly and welcoming. The food was super fresh and the portions we're very hearty. This place is like Chipotle in the US, but I would argue the food is better quality for the price at Tortilla. I'll be back I'm sure!

Food was amazing! I was expecting more of a restaurant but its more like subway but with Mexican food. However its still a great spot to grab some lunch when visiting town. I had the quaesidilla and my friend had the naked burrito. The miami cocktails in a can were actually really nice too.

Visited Tortilla on its opening day, although the queue was big we decided to wait, the staff were great, we were passed menus in the queue and explained how the ordering system worked and encouraged to ask questions.
The food was superb and really tasty, a little bit of feedback was that the food was too juicy meaning eating was a little too messy but this wouldn't stop me at all from coming back regularly.
The whole team did great for an opening day, thank you.
