The atmosphere is very strange in Burgerking Exeter high street. It's almost like being in a library. No music and everyone whispering to each other. Service was great amd the food as always is great.

Disinterested staff. Paid for 9 nuggets, received 6. Returned to request 3 more nuggets and was asked for evidence I had ordered 9. The process felt accusations and displayed very poor customer service. Fortunately I had the receipt and showed the server, who had been told to ask by manager.

We had a chicken bap meal very nice for fast food, far better than mac Donald chicken bap,
Oh we found if you turn up between breakfast and brunch charge over they tell you that the system will take 60 seconds for it to change over ( well we waited for at least 5 minutes),

I always enjoy visiting this outlet.Every time the service is excellent. It can get very busy at peak times but I have generally only had to wait 5 mins after reaching the service counter. The food has always been hot and served with a smile. I have observed that the premises have been understaffed at times. But Brian’duty manager was always very polite when dealing with customers and staff alike despite being under pressure.I hope the senior management recognise what an asset he is to the company. 5 stars to Brian and his team.

Had an excellent experience eating in for lunch today. Staff were really attentive and were keen to ask if I needed any extras to ensure I was happy. Hearing ‘welcome to burger king’ was music to my old ears!

Great service today, the restaurant was clean and tidy, food arrived quickly and was hot and tasty.
They have great vegan / meat free options and plenty of menu items to chose from.

I came in for lunch yesterday , my order was taken very quickly and and staff was very polite and moved with a sense of urgency . They asked if I needed anything and extra like sauces and brought me my food very quickly and it was very hot. It was also very clean and tidy

I recently visited Burger King and had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
I ordered the Whopper and it was absolutely fantastic. The beef patty was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings added just the right amount of crunch and sweetness to the burger. The fries were also delicious, perfectly crispy and seasoned.
What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that my order was prepared quickly and accurately.
Overall, I had a great time at Burger King and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. The food is consistently good, the menu is diverse, and the prices are reasonable. Plus, the excellent customer service made my experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back soon!
