Sadly this store is still suffering especially through the drive thru. The last time I was there, they closed early so I couldn't pick up my order but the manager on duty was kind enough to give me a gift cert for a future visit. So people who order late at night, cut your delivery drivers some slack. If you order from here late at night, EXPECT a wait. I'll keep you posted on improvements. When this McDonald's is open it's on point. Never messes up an order and usually has very quick service. only thing keeping it from 5 stars is some days I'll go in the morning and they'll still have cones blocking drive thru at 7am so they aren't consistently open during scheduled hours. But the service is great when they are open.

Seriously, don't waste your time with the long and terrible service here. Might be convenient, but learn to love something else, because they definitely don't "love to see you smile" anymore. What a decrepit excuse of a restaurant, just close it or fully automate it since you don't want to pay your employees good enough wages for the effort needed to properly run this place. 35+ minutes for less than five cars in line.

Most neighbors are surrounded by various McDonalds locations. I'm surrounded by three. Out of all THREE of them, I choose this one which is also the FURTHEST. Fresh fries 🍟. FAST 🚴三 lines. Sweet 🍬 night crew. ALWAYS parking 🅿 available. And very understanding if there are ANY issues or concerns.

Incorrectly took my order and didn’t get the sandwich I asked for. Service too slow to Ruth around and correct without making my family’s food cold and late. I don’t see the white female order taker’s name on my receipt. It was 2 meals and 2 sandwiches. Not very hard.

This McDonald's seems to be a cut above the others in the area. The staff clearly work as a team and they pay attention to details. Fries are cooked perfectly and salted an appropriate amount (a problem at a lot of other McDonalds), and they consistently get the order correct the first time. They are consistently good, and for a fast food chain that is about the highest praise I can give.

Currently in line at the drive thru. And literally in front of the menu trying to take my order and not one word from an employee letting me know it was going to take 35 min just to take an order. Ended up just moving forward and still waiting. After 50 min of waiting and finally getting to the window just to place my order the employee tells me he can only do orders via phone. The owners and management of this location should be embarrassed of themselves. What a waste of my time to give them a chance to earn my business. I’ll give them a 0 for customer service and a 0 for resolving the concern

This location constantly shorts your order and the quality of the food here is terrible. They will give you the last little bit of fries that are clearly the end of the batch wich are crunchy and short. Need to work on quality control. I refuse to order from this location again.
