Papa Murphy's

We had an unfortunate experience with the dough sticking to the pan, making it difficult to cleanly get the slices off of the pan. I notified the store and the manager, Jasmine, gave us a free remake of the entire order. This Papa Murphy's franchise location has consistently provided above-par pizza and the one time the experience was disappointing, they quickly and thoroughly rectified the situation and really made me feel like a valued customer. They are awesome at this location and @PapaMurphey's should give them all raises :)

Went there tonight 10/24 and order a family size pineapple and pepperoni with extra sauce and extra cheese. Paid and noticed there were a few people waiting so I said I was going to go next-door to 7/11. I was gone 15 mins and got back to them having not made my pizza and helping make someone else's pizza who came in after me. They finally made my pizza and called out that my "family size pepperoni and pineapple with extra cheese and extra sauce was ready. Just got home and baked it only to discover there is absolutely NO pepperoni on it. I live 10+ miles away and sure don't want to drive back to get this fixed. My receipt even says pepperoni on it. Most other Papa Murphy's have been excellent but I will not be recommending this location to anyone or going back!

I forgot to get his name, but the kid that helped me Sunday eve on the 23rd at the register was great. Good customer service, pleasant attitude but not over the top. I was getting food for my mom since she couldn't walk inside due to injury, and had never used her special kind of card to pay there before. The young gentleman at the register was patient and assisted with the credit machine without making me feel stupid. Thank you. Good pizza too, didn't make my tummy funny like some other Papa Murphy's stores.

Convenient to the Everett Mall area. They have always made my order correctly. They were even willing to hand me my pizza through their drive through window (which is something not all locations have by the way). The prices are too expensive to order pizza from this company regularly though. $12 for an uncooked pizza is way too much. I suggest you wait for a sale or find coupons to get a good value.

I had never been into a Papa Murphy's and it is different cause you have to cook the pizza yourself. The associate there was super friendly and informative. I asked her to make me what she would would make for herself. Best pizza I have had, and I can credit all me cause I baked it, jk Jasmine is a pizza DaVinci

The staff is very friendly, especially Jasmine who is very knowledgeable and outgoing. As someone who has been in Food & Beverage management for years, her energy is one of the supervisors or leads as she naturally guides the staff with speed and accuracy. If she isn't, management needs to promote her STAT.
