New Owner = AAA +++ - VERY Customer oriented owner and wait staff. Explained menu and how to make the most of our dining experience. Food was fresh. ,Soup broth was very beefy. Sauces were paired for best tastes.

Horibble and stingy packaging for uber eats order. Never seen a restaurant togo order put a whole bag of pho noodles in a container full of cooked meats, let alone raw meats. No siracha and hoisin sauce. Be aware!

We came here after reading many good reviews but was disappointed. Food was mediocre. We definitely had better vermicelli bowls elsewhere. Price was reasonable.

We’ve tried several pho places around the area and this place was one of the best. The food was delicious and I was surprised at the cost for the amount of food. Left full and and very satisfied. Really liked the vibe as well. Good music, clean place, and the staff was great.

The best restaurant in Everett! The food here is absolutely delectable! I’m vegan and they have a myriad of options. My personal favorite is the tofu vermicelli bowl with peanut sauce instead of fish sauce. It’s mouth watering. The veggie spring rolls are a must have appetizer. My wife is not vegan and she loves the beef Pho and the beef vermicelli bowl. If you have not been to Basil and love pho I highly recommend you go! The owner is amazing and prides himself on the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the customer service you receive. I ALWAYS feel like family when I go in there. They always greet me by name and are so friendly and prompt. Eating at Basil is not just a meal, it’s an experience. I cannot say enough good things about Basil and the staff. Five stars simply isn’t enough for this establishment.

This place is like no other Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever been too. The vibe is chill and modern. The food is amazing and service can’t be beat. I will definitely come back and tell everyone I know to come here. Great work to Kin!!!!!!

Wished I had taken pictures of the food, but if you love Pho and or the type of sandwiches from this cure it Rocks. The pork was my favorite in the sandwich, spring rolls are freshly made to order and the Pho is awesome. Dessert is also a great reason to come.
