Have been going lately with girlfriends, the bakery items are just wonderful, a lot of new servers and they're very great at greeting you. I find it difficult to use the key off for ordering that I can find many more items on the hard board David said above a catheter. I always have a good meal here

So we went here after my procedure and I have been waiting to have Panera. However we waited and waited. Went to the kiosk to do our order(which was 53.21) , but no one came out . So after thirty minutes we left. I understand that working in restaurant with Covid and all the Karen’s and Kevin’s, but everybody don’t act this way . Got to do better

Had the Mexican sweet corn chowder and peach blue berry smoothy. Soup was awesome but couldn't tell the drink had blueberries. Fast service. Spendy but oh so much better for you.

I normally get bacon turkey bravo, which I like. Today, I decided to get their new chicken sandwich, I was hesitant to get this type of sandwich at a deli style restaurant. I should have listened to myself. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten!, the bun was stale, the chicken was dry and hard, it was like it was out of a vending machine! I felt so cheated, even angry that I wasted money on a horrible sandwich. Panera do what you do best, and don’t try to compete with places that know how to cook chicken, don’t bother if you can’t make it better!

Not so happy with my orders. I always use UberEATS to order, and they always forget to put chips in it. I even called them, and they assured that they will not forget to put chips, and yet I did not get chips for the fourth times. R u guys out of chip??

Hit and miss. The food is pretry good when prepared well, usually when the location is new. To be fair, Covid hiring challenges have affected quality of the staffing candidates available.

Not the biggest fan of Panera as they do not cater to vegans. However, they are willing to customize your order as well as look into what ingredients are in the products as they're not to firmilar with all of the products made.

I'm sorry but the customer service is absolutely terrible in the drive thru.... and the food quality has gone way down. These prices are way too high to be treated so poorly.
