Wendy's

Went through drive through ordered a triple baconator with no mayonnaise and a bacon cheese potato I didnt get a fork for my potato and my sandwich had mayonnaise on it. I went inside the store and they then handed me some sort of sand which with lettuce onion and tomato and pickles. I've since tried calling the store three times only to not be answered.

Honestly 1 star feels generous. We ended up being in the drive through for exactly 20 minutes from 12:09 - 12:29 when our food was handed out. The combo meal was made large and when I took the fries out, they were not even half full and they were cold. The burger that came with the meal was not even hot enough to melt the cheese and the top bun was actually hard and had to be discarded. The other 2 sandwiches were also only lukewarm. I called the restaurant to complain which I rarely do and the manager told me that they had a couple of people call in and were short staffed. She never even offered to make it right by coming back in. Very poor customer service and the food was not edible.

Not only was this the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. The lady handing things out the drive thru window didn’t put the Lid on my drink so when I drove off I got coke everywhere. Fries were cold. Burgers not made how ordered. Also forgot my girlfriends barbecue sauce. Truly one of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been.

Prior to COVID this location was simply mismanaged. Now it's mismanaged, employees are put in an unsafe environment with no apparent safety equipment, and everyone is in a constant state of training or being trained. The process of ordering two combos took at least five minutes as the person on the speaker had to pause for long periods of time. Ordered a large combo and a medium combo. Ended up with no receipt, small combos, and small drinks. When the size of the drinks was mentioned the trainee said "we're out of large drinks" as if that was something I should've known. It's not uncommon for this location to simply not give you a receipt during hurried moments, so for what little good a survey would do, you never get the option to file one. It's rough out there but this Wendy's is beyond the pale in falling apart

Absolutely horrible! Waited in the drive thru 25 minutes before making it up to the window. I then waited over 5 minutes while the lady was on her cell phone. She finally comes to the window and proceeds to tell me that I've waited so long because she had an emergency phone call and that their manager was in jail. Then she holds up a credit card and asks if it were mine. I said no and she says it was probably the man in front of me who got tired of waiting and drove off without his food and card. To top it off, my order was wrong. The GM of the restaurant did call and apologize and is giving me two meals of my choice for free. She was very nice and upset that this happened. My opinion is the customs in line should have come first!

This crew worked like a well oiled machine!!!! They were under a lot of pressure. They had to hand pour the drinks from 2 liter bottles , because of a boil order. It was noon and everyone and the horse was hungry and they were slammed.....but they did the best they could, and worked as a team.....I ordered a double with cheese, fries, and sprite. I was so hungry I shovled my burger in, but it was hot. It didn't have a salad full of lettuce on it, and my fries were hot too
