They were busy! I only saw one person running the food out and from my view, only one person inside cooking. We pushed the red button to order but no one took our order so once the 10 minute mark hit, we left. At least one other car left at the same time as us. They also were never waited on. This was on a Friday evening around 9pm.

Good food, but had to wait 15 minutes for it. They told us ahead of time about the wait, so that was accepted and agreed to. Then when our food was delivered, we couldn't pay on the menu board (as is customary) due to problems with the menu touchscreen. The lady who brought our food out had to take the payment to another menu board that was working, and ran it through successfully from there. To summarize, we did enjoy our food, just not the wait time for all of it. Service was excellent as well.

Management has absolutely run this place into the ground over the pandemic. Between low pay and passive-aggressive tactics like whining about "nobody wants to work" and calling paychecks "biweekly stimulus checks" they've created what looks like a toxic environment where the actual boots-on-the-ground staff is a revolving door. If even a third of the parking spots are full, it's best to keep driving. Never order anything cold with the app ahead of time, either. Odds are it'll be prepared immediately then melt while you wait.
