The flavors are bland and not authentic at all. All rice and beans were served in bowls and weren’t included with entrees. Okay chips but Ketchup flavored red salsa and funky fusion eats. Street tacos were served burnt with a mild salsa, lime ranch and soy sauce. Enchiladas were 90% cheese. Quesadilla was served wrong first but when corrected tasted okay. Food at best was edible. Waiter continually made the exact same jokes for each table about charging extra for any changes, was rather annoying.

Service is usually very good. They bring out chips and salsa to enjoy while waiting for your food. I typically ask for their green salsa as well and get a little of both salsa on my chips for optimum flavor. The ski flavored frozen margarita at the west side location is beyond amazing. My favorite dish there is the shredded beef chimi.

The chicken fajita salad with ranch avocado dressing was delicious!! Our server Lexie was also sweet & attentive. Haven't been to this restaurant in years, will definitely be back. Great food & service 👌 😋

The food ordered was not accurate to the description on the menu. Flour tortillas tasted stale. Only reason for two stars was because of the service provided. Very cozy atmosphere, but the food could have been much better.

Had the brisket Mac and cheese. Who knew that a Mexican restaurant could make mac and cheese? More shocking is that it is good mac and cheese! Can go wrong with this dish.

Staff are friendly and got order precise. Im not the biggest fan of their food (I come for the margaritas 😉) but tried the shrimp tacos and they were great! Think bang, bang shrimp meets soft shell taco. Left my wallet only to return hours later to find everything still inside and they had locked it up for me.

We love Hacienda! My go to is their signature "Wet Burrito" and wash it down with a frozen Margarita. I grew up near Mishawaka where the original restaurant is and was delighted when I found out they were in Evansville too. The Evansville location gave us great service and wonderful food.

Fast friendly service and a great environment. Even though the parking lot was overflowing, we were seated within five minutes. The place runs like a clock. Definitely would recommend!
