They are super nice and friendly. The food was great and full of great favors. There is something for everyone here. The prices are not going to break the bank. I love the environment here very up beat and really a great place to just grab a quick bite with friends or just enjoy a meal alone ether way the staff will take care of you.

This Panera needs help.The baked goods were almost all out, very bare. I went there for a hibiscus tea. When I went to fill up all the drinks were empty. There was only one working. Very sad, you can do way better. It was 5:30 so you'd think they would stock up for the dinner rush

Panera Bread at Westfield North County is how I like to start my day.
The breakfast egg sandwiches are all good selections. The service is always quick and accurate.
I like the free WiFi to help me get started on my daily mail and caught up on interesting topics. There are quite a few tables with wall plugs near them to help you stay energized before leaving.
Westfield North County opens early to help you start your daily walks and to finish your walk stop at Panera Bread.

My husband was not feeling well & needed some food - diabetic and motion sickness. The staff treated me very badly after I had bought and paid for an salad & apple. I am visiting family from out of state & could not believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. No wonder they had so very few customers. The food was decent & helped my husband feel better is the only reason for giving them any stars. Sometimes, being polite and helping a customer determines how a restaurant is perceived, not just the food.

I've been to this location in the Mall for year's. I love the Broccoli and cheese Soup with the hard crust bread. I don't order sandwiches anymore especially if it's after 5 PM due to the available bread's being often limited and just not seaming fresh. Since they make a lot of Their bread's, I guess it all depends on how busy it's been. But the Soup is great! It's always pretty clean and the service is good, but I wouldn't say great just due to the lack of items available on any given day. I understand not wasting food and having to limit certain things. But would recommend it.

I have allergy and other health issues. I asked which of their dressings had the least salt. The order taker went to great lengths to give me complete and helpful details of sodium levels and ingredients so I could make a safe choice. Amazing.

It's clean with plenty of seating and a good feel. The staff is friendly. And the menu has some variety.
It's the food preparation that could use help. And a lot of it. So it's probably just this location, not all Paneras in general.

All the tables were dirty, I had to look around and finally moved some plates off a table. The place was not busy at all. I seen a waitress come and move plates from one table to another. I was the like 35 minutes and the tables were still dirty. Horrible management. I seen 3 different families come in and leave because they couldn't find a table. I was there around 4:30.
