Small Food Court KFC like many others. Very busy but got served promptly, and fresh food was served within 3-4 minutes.

Ordered on Deliveroo, but your restaurant was clossed so I found out latter, after waiting a hour then had to spend 30 mins on phone to Deliveroo trying to convince them and screenshot and send pics of your opening hours. Maybe try turning off your store on Deliveroo when you close. Might save a heap of upset customers. Not impressed

Ordered 15 piece chicken .
Chicken was the worst I ever had soggy , oily skin and seasoning very oily threw it out never again . Coleslaw container was open chips under cooked and no seasoning .

Worst customer service ever. Did not have tenders when we placed an online order and refused to refund or replace it with anything else except nuggets or wings. The staff was very rude and had a lot of attitude while serving. 10/10 would not recommend.

Really bad experience ever had with kfc . I got chicken from drive thru and that was very sogy when I complaint it to staff then they told me to wait for 40 minutes to get fresh and I am writing this review still standing in waiting way for more than 25 minutes.🤯

This shop is disgusting!!! Rubbish every where. Toilets filthy…… Staff out the back laughing and joking around while looking at customers for 5 minutes and not serving front counter…….KFC!!! Really bad!!!
