Dunkin'

Stopped for a quick coffee break. Have you ever been at a Dunkin’ that was kind of run down and the employees obviously do not want to be there? That is *not* what this place is like. The staff at this branch were quick, friendly, and helpful. This location is a model that other Dunkin’s should seek to imitate.

After a previous rough experience under different management I decided to give this Dunkin another go with a large order. When going through the drive through the last month or so I noticed such an improvement in customer service but I was still a bit hesitant. My doubts were put to rest right away. The manager (I think Michelle) was pleasant and efficient to deal with start to finish. It was ready for us when we got there and she even included extras just to say Thank you. Happy to see excellent customer service has returned to this store. I will definitely be back.

Dunkin has fallen from grace where I live (York,) but I really needed a pick-me-up and didn't want to pay the prices at Starbucks. I went to this location and was blown away by the accuracy of my order, as that is an issue I have with a lot of the locations where I live. My order actually came out how it needed to. I also appreciated the young lady at the drive-thru who was kindhearted and made the atmosphere better. If this is the only Dunkin location that I can go to for good, accurate coffee, I'll definitely be stopping here again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend!

Mountville Dunkin' is one of the he best Dunkin's we've ever stopped at. Service is faster than you might think thru a drive thru. For a long time that was our / your only option. They do a wonderful job. Very friendly and most of all THEY GET THE ORDER RIGHT. but hey if the don't we all make mistakes right. Seriously enjoy this opportunity to visit a Dunkin that truly puts the customer first.

This Dunkin was absolutely the worst for quite some time. I had stopped going here at all, until a couple months ago when I decided to give it another try, and I'm glad I did. It seems like they have an entirely new staff and management and I've started visiting this location again multiple times a week and I always have great service and get good quality food/drinks. Great job on the turnaround!

The girl this morning (5-3-22) was absolutely amazing. They seemed short staffed, especially during morning rush, however she had a smile on her face and was friendly during the entire process. She was taking drive thru orders, making drinks, and working the window. It did look like someone else was helping with drinks but two people during the morning rush does not seem like much staff to me. I hope this lady can get a raise for her kindness and awesome work!
