Domino's Pizza

Very disappointed today. I made a large order and paid for it yesterday which included delivery fee. I was hosting a shower with limited time in the venue. 15 minutes past promised delivery time I called and ask where the order was. I was put on hold for another 6 minutes. After hanging up and calling again I was told they were short handed and unable to deliver until the driver returned. I went in to pick up order and ask why I wasn’t at least called. By now it was 45 minutes past time. I ask what they were going to do to compensate and was offered a brownie or 2 liter!’ Are you kidding?? Never again - terrible service

Always good service, never have issues from any of the employees! That being said, the last couple times I've ordered any pizza with hot sauce, they don't generally remember it... Will definitely update with my next order! Update 2/2/2021 Delivery is missing 2 marinara cups, 2 garlic cups, 2 balsamic dressing cups and a ranch dressing cup. Also, the order of 8 piece garlic parmesan wings were lukewarm and looked like the sauce just got dumped into the middle of box, instead of them being tossed in the garlic parmesan sauce. Severely disappointed, especially when $3.50 of what I paid for didn't even show up. Their delivery insurance "offers" are a bit of joke, as well. 5 free dipping cups for my next order? 60 Piece of the Pie points to my account for a free pizza? I just want my order right. Is that too much to ask?
