Pretty good Thai food. The menu has a legend showing gluten free and vegan options. We went at lunchtime on a Sunday, and the hostess was clearly overwhelmed with the restaurant about 75% full. She was doing the best she could to serve everyone, but I felt she could have done so with a more gracious attitude. I felt as though I was being a bother.

Excellent food !!! Definitely the best Thai food in San Diego. Except for one waitress that is rude and loud. Every time she helps me she is the rudest Thai lady I ever met she should not be working there. If you decide to try this delicious Thai food make sure not to get help from the tall Thai lady with glasses.

The food was incredibly bland. I got the cashew tofu, and was really disappointed. The sauce tasted like cornstarch and water, and it was loaded with broccoli and celery, which I found was a pretty bizarre selection of vegetables to put in this dish. In any case, I would not go again.

The worst part of this dining experience was deciding which item was the best. We had soup, pineapple curry, pad thai, and an eggplant dish. Each was incredible in its own right. The four people in our party had quite a discussion of the merits of each.

Well if you like your food tasting like it came from a can! What a disappoint. We arrived after the lunch hour on a Sunday (maybe three tables were seated), and we we're greeted by a very dry waitress/hostess who hurried us to our seats and pressed us to order right away - we had just arrived ! She stood at the table waiting for us to decide (?), and when our food arrived, it looked like play food. The soup tasted like it had been heated up in the microwave with exxxtra salt, spice and mushrooms thrown in last minute, and their peanut sauce was thick and gooey with no taste! The water taste like it came from the tap, full of pipe grime. Throughout our meal , Our waitress was rude and rushed. (Nobody was there.) This place needs to step up their game!

Best Thai food in all of San Diego! Traditional and family owned. The vegetarian dishes are all super delicious specially the coconut soup!

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be one of the best thai resturants in SD. Haven't been in a while, and the food was average at best. Really a disappointment....the phad thai was a disaster, the mussaman was just ok. Panda express would have been better.

I love thai and always love to try new thai restaurants. This one was very disappointing. The waitress while not unfriendly was all business. I ordered red curry with shrimp and my friend ordered salmon curry. Mine was $12.95 and they wanted an extra $2 for rice so with tax was close to $17. My friends was over $20. I couldn't believe when they handed us two small 16 ounce containers. These were definitely lunch size portions at dinner sized prices. Mine consisted of 5 shrimp, one tiny piece of red pepper, one piece of basil, some unidentifed white vegetable and a large chile pepper. It was about half the amount of food I would get at ANY other thai restaurant that I've been to and clearly stacked with lower price vegetables. The shrimp was low grade..I am betting frozen. My friends salmon was also low grade and likely frozen. As the restaurants is 2 blocks from the pacific this is not acceptable. The sauce was OK, nothing special but that is why I am giving it two stars instead of one. After our dinner we were both still hungry and went and got more food elsewhere...in other words AVOID this place.
