Employee was great with a positive attitude. She was the only staff on duty and busy as all get out. They need a second person. The wait was long but service was great. I could see i few others in line behind me getting antsy. Two staff should be on duty.

Absolute garbage. Every online order is incorrect and made just as sloppy as the employee at the time always looks. Never toasted when I select it every single time and have someone else verify it before and after receiving food. It’s not hard to work in a food service place yet still unbelievable how much they screw up.

The ladies working were more concerned with goofing off than our food. Out of half the veggies and condiments. Dont have all the breads. Worst of all my girlfriend ordered a bmt and received an italian instead, paid for double meat and cheese, received neither. Pathetic service.

Did not accept coupons of subway. Rude. A lady bought a footlong sub.pulled out her coupon they cut it in half. Should of gave it to her you going throw it away anyway. Unless that employee just wanted it for his self..wow

I just went to this location on Lake Ave. The 1 person behind the counter was helping another customer decide what she wanted for 10 minutes. When the customer left the store to go get something from her car she told the person behind the counter to wait on me because we had been there so long. The lady at the counter never looked up from her phone, she was bent over the counter waiting for the customer who went to her car. She never addressed me at all. She wasn't fixing sandwiches she was just on her phone. I left!! My money spends easily somewhere else where there is CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I stopped going to this location a while ago. I thought I would try again. I'm happy I did. Jackie made my sandwiches perfectly and every ingredient was fresh. These were very good, fresh sandwiches and we will go back. Thank you! The site was very clean and in good order also.

Ordered online and I got there ten minutes later than when it was supposed to be done. Sandwiches were not even made, then the lady proceeded to pull apart frozen turkey to put on my sandwich. So I had turkey circles instead of slices. I look at the counter and it looked disgusting. I told her forget it and that I want a refund. She told me to call the 800#. Which was a nightmare trying to get a refund.
