The breakfast was SO GOOD!!! I ordered the apple fritter French toast with eggs, bacon and a side of American fries. Everything was cooked perfectly and wasn't super greasy like many small town breakfast places are. The service was fast and friendly. We will definitely recommend this place and go back!

Huge portions and they are delicious!
We had to wait a bit but it was worth it, gave us a chance to check out the toy store.
Our server an older lady seemed overwhelmed, she told us several times it’s “not a fast food restaurant” we know that, that’s why we stopped here.

The biggest brightest breakfast in Ely. This place serves up good food. They raised prices in the past two years, but understandably so. The portions are huge. The pancakes are great and the stuffed hash browns are famous. Biscuit and gravy - spectacular. Friendly staff. Cash only. There’s an ATM right across the street. Hi there before hitting your BWCAW entry point and you won’t need food until dinner.

The asparagus omelet with hollandaise sauce was fabulous at Britton's Cafe. The small restaurant was packed with hungry patrons. It's worth the wait!

Be Warned.. Breakfast portions are HUGE!.. Friendly staff, cool dining atmosphere with reasonable prices. Definitely enjoyed having breakfast here.. Lunch menu items looked delicious too.

Moved from Ely a number of years ago. Brittons was always one of my favorite places. We visited Ely recently and stopped by for breakfast. Did not disappoint. Great service, food was excellent! Large portions.
