Subway

I find that the employees here take short cuts to save on time. Our family goes to Subway a lot as it is a healthier option to fast food. This subway commonly makes things their own way, because their way is easier. Every other subway makes the melt with something similar to a panini press to give it that nice grilled look and crunch. Not this store! The employee even told another employee while I was standing there that they never do it the way they are supposed to because it’s a hassle. I’ve also ordered the salad on several occasions. I do the layered salad knowing that it’s not chopped, but most locations cut the tomatoes in half and cut the meat. This place just lays entire slices of ham and turkey on top. I hate to complain, but how does a person eat that... it takes a second to roll the meat and cut it Subway!

Daytime staff are absolutely wonderful. Nighttime staff are a nightmare! Any review towards a chain will not be about the food, being its a franchise with signature products. There is a nighttime staff who is balding with a type 2 diabetics tattoo, HE IS SO RUDE!!!! He was cordial with the lady before me, but upon taking my order. The man acted as if I was a pest. It makes me so mad that I get treated this way. I work for a large corpration but never take my disdanin out on a customer.
