The young man that took my order was very sweet and talkative. The only downside was this store's location. It is very busy and sometimes the line backs up into the road.

Service had a wait however they were busy and appeared to be short staffed. With that said the staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee and jelly donuts where excellent. Cleanliness wasn’t an issue at all very clean.

This Dunkin' is my FAVORITE in the entire STATE of Maine. These people know their stuff.
I spoke to multiple employees on my various visits on my way to work and they are all very sweet people.
The shift leads Yesenia, Raegyn, and Kysir are so good at what they do, you can tell they take pride in their work.
The store is often very busy, due to being across the street from the local High School, but it's worth the wait because they haven't messed up anything I asked for yet (despite visiting various Dunkin' locations across Ellsworth, Bangor, and Eddington).
I'd give them SIX stars for service if I could.
My genuine recommendation is the new chicken poblano and chorizo egg wraps they just got today. They are TOO good, it's dangerous.
