Wendy's

Visited yesterday and the food was hot, fresh and the order was accurate. Everything was clean. The soda machines were a bit of an issue. One worked, the other didn’t. Staff however, could use a bit more training in terms of customer service and demeanor. This store is wheelchair accessible, has a great layout and clean bathroom stalls. There is parking available as well. It’s in a great location in this central area. I dined in as well as carried out.

Found a whole ant in my food i have gotten delivery and pick up EVERY SINGLE TIME THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING do yourself a favor and don’t come here. I loveee Wendy’s but this location is nasty and doesn’t care what they are giving you !! Look at the picture they put ranch ALL over my sandwich SMH unacceptable service

Dine in service is th worst. Poor management of the drive through vs dine in… so the customers waiting to order dine in must wait for such a long time! Also they serve old chicken, the spicy or crispy is NEVER fresh… like they make a bunch in the morning and it sits there all day. Even the fries are old… I wish they would not cook more than what’s needed at the time but again a management problem …nothing is fresh here, poor customer service

Messed up my order every time the last four or five times I went. The last time, they even forgot to give me half my order! I'm not the only one with issues there because whenever I'd go into the restaurant itself, there'd be at least three or four people complaining about wrong orders and missing food. On one such occasion in which I had my Uber driver outside for what was supposed to be a quick pickup of already made food, I seen the managers yelling at the employees with one even going back and forth. Really saddens me as I've been going to this location since I was a little child. It was my family's go-to spot over McDonald's and Burger King. Almost 40 years we're talking here. But with everything the past few years there and how bad it's gotten over the past six months especially, I can't recommend that anyone eat there.
