horrible!! And it’s not the first time! Customer service is bad, they have an attitude. They mess up your food and give you the attitude as if you messed it up for them. always get the orders wrong, and then when you ask them to correct it they give you an Attitude. Serve cold food and they love to mumble comments. PLEASE Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time at this location. they give Wendy’s a bad name.

Ok store, but they didn't have the soda syrup filled so I had to give the cup to the cashier to get the drinks from the drive through fountain. other than that, it was good.

Well I am going to assume they were short staff , but going in to order took way to long when there were only about 3 people in front of me. But the customer service was good.

Ordered a plain baconator and received a burger with absolutely no bacon on it!!! Damn, the sandwich is called a baconator how can you forget the bacon.

I called to tell the manager that the avocado salad I purchased the day before had no avocado. I was surprised that she hung up on me while I was still talking to her. I thought that was rude. I won’t do business with this store in the future.
