went to order meal of the day and worker was very confused. she had to ask for help and when she had her coworker at the register, they took 10+ minutes. once they figure it’ out , They added to total. we asked for our money back and they still made us pay. plus we weren’t happy with food 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

I liked nothing. Absolute nothing about this Subway. They have the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. I've been going here for sometime but today was my last visit. Seems like all personnel there have to clue on making a costumer feel welcomed. They have a very bad attitude including the manager. I honestly walked out of there furious at their actions. Without a sandwich.

It used to be about a year ago one of the best in the El Monte Area now customer service is awful ,since is close to my home I visited at least once a week ,Today March 4,2017 4PM I can tell no more. Instead of they providing a good service makes you feel like you are beggin for food.I will prefer to drive another mile to the one in Peck Rd. instead.

First of all Subway is not a hard job. But this guy that works there has such a bad attitude. He messed up our sandwich and refused to give good customer service . So please fire that black guy he's not a good server. You'll lose allot more customers with this kind of person working for you guys

Go there @ least once a week. Healthy, freshly made & they also send coupons by mail & it brings down the price. Bad thing, no patron bathrooms even if you eat in their restaurant!!

I have been in subway restaurant for many times, food taste great, service is very good, not to expensive, food is very healthy & very clean environment. Furthermore , the people who works there is very friendly, have many variety of food u can choose on the menu.
