It was my favorite stop to eat Chinese in effingham every time but after today no more. This is the second time it happen the portions they gave want wit worth the price you pay
Not like other pandas they trying to take your money but not feed you for what you pay I was still hungry after eating my two item plate which never happened. Photos attached. The guy who helped me this time was Asian guy I thought he might owns the store or something Place is cool restrooms are clean.

I like Panda Express in general, this one not so much. I got 2 entrees: beef and broccoli and the other one was angus steak. They were really skimpy on both, especially the angus steak, I mean the lack of meat. My noodles and steamed veggies were alright. The service was quick, team members are nice and friendly.

Excellent food. We always enjoy Panda Express. HOWEVER, we have an 8 month old baby who was in need of a diaper change. There was NO CHANGING TABLE in the restrooms.
This is very inconvenient for parents, especially those traveling.
We love Panda Express! Please support families by adding changing tables to Men’s and Women’s restrooms.

Great place to eat! You will sometimes have to wait on your food. However, that is a good thing, you know it is hot and fresh. It is a very clean restaurant, the owners are strict on that aspect. Friendly staff.

So this is supposed to be 3 entrees and 1 side!! I got double broccoli and beef and Honey sesame chicken!! Not sure who they are trying to feed but that wasn't worth the money at all...and the broccoli was basically raw...very disappointed in my first panda express visit

Customer service was great, chow mein was the best I've ever tasted. It wasn't chewy it was hot and cooked to perfection. The teriyaki chicken breast was also delicious.

Terrible customer service. Gave me poor serving size and did not separate the 2 entrées or the noodles
Update- I ate lunch today and it was a lot better than last time the portions were better and the staff was much more friendly.

They hardly had any food out. Asked for a sweet tea and got an unsweetened one. And didn’t get my money back or the sweet tea I wanted.
