Starbucks

Today is red cup day, aka Starbucks everywhere is getting slammed! But you know what, the team here was AWESOME! I knew I'd have a wait given the day, but they were so forthcoming about our wait times, who was next in queue, and the drinks/food items were pumped out as fast as they could for both drive thru and front counter. They did amazing, and worked super well together. Everyone was pleasant and wonderful to deal with. I come here pretty much every day I'm off work. This location is my go-to as it's close to home, and they're always pleasant and wonderful; both at front counter and through drive thru. They're always friendly and polite. I've had so many fun conversations with people on the drive thru window while waiting for my orders. That's what makes me a frequent customer, for sure. I just wanted to give a shout out with today being such a busy day for the team. Keep up the awesome work! You guys rock!

They were down to one expresso machine when we visited, so getting our coffees was a bit slow. As a first time customer to this location, I was very pleased with the staff making the coffees (they were made exactly as requested, at some other locations I've had to ask for a remake), and also very impressed with the person who took our order, Cedric, for his xcellent customer service. He was very personable and professional and kept us engaged why we waited. We will use this location in the future.

From the moment I entered the building at 7am on a Saturday, I was greeted by all of the employees with either a good morning, a hello or a smile. Great customer service from everyone, especially Ryan who took my order. I tried the Chocolate Cream Cold Brew Coffee and the Bacon, Sausage and Egg Wrap for the first time and enjoyed them very much.
