I have too many reward points and the guy behind the register always takes my coupons off. whenever the computer asks if I want to use my points, He forces me to pay full price. Every time and I say something about it so he throws a fit and says I’m abusing him when I’m just calling him out for cancelling my rewards, literally Everytime I check out.

GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE This 7-11 is the worst in the area, probably in the State. Go anywhere but to this store. They never have anything and give you attitude for complaining about them not ordering items they ran out of or restocking items on sale. When the $1 coffee was going on they purposely would not order enough extra large and large cups and you would end up having to use medium cups

I have come to this 7-11 for years. They are always out of something. Today I wanted the big gulp. They were once again out of cups. I took the super big gulp but filled the cup a little more than half. Told the woman they were out of cups before she rang me up. She still charged me the super big gulp price. I told her I didn’t fill it up and she just said oh well I already rang it up. Like deleting an item is rocket science. I will not be going back there again. Speedway has better prices anyway.

AWFUL STORE. Has the worst variety of any 7-11 in area, does not restock items in a timely manner that sell quick & the owner is rude and dont care about your business. If you can, I would advise avoiding this store. There are so many others 7-11 stores that are close that it would benefit you to go the extra couple blocks to another one.

They make up their own prices, especially with vape products or juul pods. You can go down the street half a mile to quick check and get anything for cheaper. When I asked why it was so much money he said the owner can make things any price he wants. I went to quick check and got them for almost half the price.

I went to 7-11 store in Edison NJ. I buy two come two liter. And get 6 small cups slumper empty cups. He said can't do it for 6 empty cups. I said why? I can't drink without cups reason if drink two liter coke will be spill on my shirt raining and my friends. He said okay you can buy it 6 cups empty for $6.00 for 6 cups empty slumper. I said you crazy! Most time one big empty cups each $1.00. But just small cups which is less equal three cups in one big cup $1.00 which is two dollars for 6 small cups equal two big cups. Which is rip off more money and scam it. Cause two coke bottom two liter equal three small cups each one bottom coke big. Them so scam it. I dislike it and them make rip off me. I will call C.E.O. for fail no reason what a price size cups with empty!!!
