Dunkin'

This is my favorite dunkin spot I go here everyday. However, the past few weeks the drive thru is really bad. The speaker volume is so low you can barely hear the crew taking the order. I talked to the crews and they said that the management is already aware of the situation. However, it's been like two weeks that the drive thru is like that. It seems like the management is not really doing anything about this situation. It's so bad because its slowing the drive thru and the crews are literally yelling so that I can hear them and repeat my order. I feel bad for the crews at this location. The management need to step up and do something about this situation.

The drive-thru at this location is unbelievably slow. Do not go to the drive-thru before work, because you will be late to work. This location has the slowest service of all the drive-thrus in any restaurant chain in any corner of the USA that I have gone to. The window has a sign that says “be kind to those that show up to work, because the world is short staffed.” The problem is this place was slow even before the pandemic. I’ve suffered here for 4 years. And this morning, I waited close to 20 minutes and I was only the 5th car in the line. I don’t like to leave negative review, but this morning was just too much. The DD corporate office needs to send trainers here to get things in order.

Do not order food from this Dunkin’!! They sold my girlfriend and I GREEN eggs on our breakfast croissants, then Refused to give us a refund. There is no excuse for serving rotten food. This dunkin and it’s employees take no responsibility for their mistakes. This is from a loyal customer who gets my breakfast and coffee here nearly every morning. NEVER AGAIN
