Panera Bread

Worst consistent service of any Panera in NJ. I have been to this drive through many times and I can honestly say they are easily the slowest as in you have to wait in your car in line sometimes like 15 minutes before getting your food. There’s always items missing in my order or they get the sizes wrong. Today I made the mistake of not checking my order as soon as they handed it to me and when I got home I noticed there was no chicken in one of the salads and the other was missing the dressing which is what ties this salad together. I tried to call to maybe have someone deliver the missing items considering I paid for them and of course nobody answers the phone and it’s so frustrating. Panera the chain is not bad but this specific location is garbage. Avoid frustration and go somewhere else.

Ordered a coffee with almond milk, but got a coffee that was so dark look like it was night. When I picked it up I asked them if they put almond milk in and they said yes, so I asked if they could put more in. I barely noticed a difference in color Even after the second helping of almond milk and the taste was horrible! I don't think they put the five sweet and lows in they were asked to either. This is the Panera of the mall and I can't believe it was that bad.

The app is terrible. I ordered soup and a quinoa bowl. Then there was a coupon for $2, so I clicked on it. I paid what the total amount was, with a tip. When I picked up the order, only the soup had been ordered. There was no quinoa bowl. I complained, and a very nice man came to talk to me. He agreed the app is terrible, and he had the kitchen prepare the quinoa bowl. When I opened it at home, it was missing many ingredients. I don't think I would go there again.

I don’t know what is going on at this Panera Bread but there always appears to be an issue. They either forget to add in your order details or they give you less and less in your salads. This time they were out of Edamame but it’s been like that for over a month or so now. My daughter spent almost $15 on my salad but the bowl was half full. I finally decided this was the last straw. I will not be returning to this location.

This location is a disaster. I went a total of 6 times. Each time there was something wrong. Missing food, wrong things in order... Ect. But the straw that broke the camels back? PLASTIC IN MY FOOD! If I wasn't in the habit of checking everything from my orders, I could have choked. Corporates solution? A 5$ reward that didn't even cover the cost of the soup. Stay away!
