Dunkin'

This was once, a "Good place for coffee and breakfast". Update: Nov 2018. Although Google Maps shows opening time at 4 am, it's not open until 4:45 am according to staff person on the phone which is contrary to the posted timings on their door too (Door shows that even on holidays it opens at 4 am). People working inside would not open the door despite knocking on the door and my phone call. Another Google reviewer was similarly turned away. The manager of this store should update its timings. Store's opening time is when it is actually open for business for its customers, not when employees decide to show up to work. It is sad that our once favorite DD is now being managed terribly.

Terrible. Ordered on the app and they took forever. What’s more, we ordered two donuts and we got neither of the ones we ordered. And when we did point to the ones we wanted, the woman kept grabbing the wrong ones! And they only filled our coffee 75% of the capacity of the cup. Used to love this place but I’ll be going to a different Dunkin from now on.

Today I went around 7:44 PM EST to grab a cup of coffee. Their closing time should be 8 PM EST. they lock the door by the time I went there. I knocked the door to open as it’s not a closing time. They ignored and not even cared us. I go there very often there and found the associates who are working there are arrogant and not right customer friendly. Very bad experience most of times from cashier, who are working there. It’s not even deserve one star rating.
