A lovely friendly spot with cracking cocktails.
We never knew this place existed.
You can enter via George Street going in via the Assembly Rooms entrance or via Rose Street via Stack & Still restaurant.
Theme is coffee based cocktails (hence the Insomnia name) but they also do non coffee based cocktails.
Lovely setting with chandeliers.
