Prim was our waitress, she was lovely, very friendly and polite. Our food and drinks were delicious. We will be back, such a little gem off the beaten track.

Once again the food was spicy, tasty, interesting and absolutely delicious. My little beef salad was so tasty. And then there is the Black Tower dessert, I'm lost for words here...sweet, salty, hot, cold, fruity, tropical and just delicious! Yum! This place is a must for spice lovers.

One of the best Thai meals I have had. The Seabass Salad was to die for as was the rest of our meal. Will recommend to friends and family to visit when visiting Edinburgh.

We tried this place as our usual Thai was closed due to staff holidays. We came here based on the reviews, but extremely underwhelmed. I ordered a vegetarian soup, only to discover a piece of chicken in it!? I have to say, this didn’t really inspire a great deal of confidence in the rest of the meal, as I sat there wondering just how vegetarian the remainder of my order actually was… To top it off, we had to witness the chef shouting at two customers who had complained about their meal. The elderly couple looked absolutely horrified by this outburst, and the rest of the staff were left thoroughly embarrassed. The appearance of the place certainly didn’t match the standard of what was being served. As we say in Edinburgh, it was “all fur coat and nae knickers”.

We had a party of 7 as a surprise birthday party at Passorn and really liked the place. The food was extremely well prepared and full of flavour. The staff really attentive and helpful. My wife who celebrated her birthday also really enjoined the place. The only slight gripe I had was that I had arranged for the surprise party that we'd be guided to the table with our friends already waiting there. I had confirmed with the owner minutes before arriving with my wife that one person on the reservation was not sure if they'd arrive on time or would still have to cancel. Yet the moment I walked back into the restaurant the owner who I had just told minutes earlier about the total people attending stopped me and my wife asking to confirm if the reservation was for 7 8 or 9 and this spoiled the final surprise as my wife assumed it was just the two of us up to that point.

the food was good therefore they got a few stars. but the owner (I think it was) is a total disaster. has seldom been treated so badly, I think and hope she had the worst day of the month. throws out menus so the glasses stand and almost tilt.

Passorn is the best Thai resturant in Edinburgh forever... Food are all perfect & so delicious...i feel less homesick, like it bring me back to Thailand.. ANGLE CURRY(PIC3)-Steak in red curry, SEABASS CHOO CHEE CHICKEN KAPROW, they are super duper tasty..we order all in level3,which is really nice for Thai. Recommended! to serve with some not hot.. Fries vegetable-BUSARACUM and prawn kratium. The price was reasonable..with their superior quality of ingredients..and services. Cocktail..were also perfect...we had two glass of Passorn green and pink passion..😙 Really good... Cannot say all how much i impressed on this restaurant...just want to say..if you want to know the real Thai food.. if you want to start to experiences of Thai... DONT MISS TO TRY PASSORN^^

Arguably one of the best Thai restaurants in Edinburgh. Food tastes incredible. The beef salad’s refreshing with a slight spice kick whilst the Massaman curry is rich, creamy and sweet. Service is excellent. The food I ordered came from the set Lunch. A bargain considering how good the food taste. Highly recommended!
