Went to this Dunkin before an appointment in Baltimore and the time spent in line made it so we couldn't stop elsewhere. I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandwich, and only got a bag of bacon. Ordered a frozen hot chocolate and received a hot chocolate.
I'm sure these workers are dealing with a lot, a few months ago I worked at another Dunkin. Nothing against the workers.

Music is to loud inside. The cashier can't hear the customer placing an order, customers can't hold a conversation while sitting at a table. Counters and tables are dirty while employees have time to stand around. Despite multiple signs on the door and on the electronic menu board, I was told that this location no longer carriers the Salted Caramel iced latte. Maybe they don't, or maybe the cashier didn't hear my order correctly.

They're very fast and friendly but I do wish my coffee was a little sweeter. I've said something before and now when I come in. Sometimes some employees remember me and ask if I want it sweeter but then charge me extra for it. I just want it a tad more sweet, I feel I shouldn't have to pay extra bc I dont want double syrup.

Wow, super service! Hot fresh coffee made as ordered. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean store that was well stocked with bagged Dunkin Donuts coffee choices. The donuts were fresh and soft.
Store was easily accessible from the main road and was just as easy to get back out.

Orders messed up almost every time I go. I ordered a dozen donuts in the drive thru. Asked for 2 Boston creme, 4 chocolate glazed, 2 crullers and the rest plain glazed. This is what I had when I got home... but they were fast...

I don't normally make reviews about things but this was the worst service, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, two donuts and an iced coffee off of Doordash. They sent me an iced coffee and no straw and forgot the donuts and then when I took a bite of the breakfast sandwich a long strand of hair came out with it and I almost puked. Won't ever order from here again

I have never actually gotten the right order going here. This staff is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts staff on the face of the earth, they can screw up the simplest order including a single doughnut. It’s actually stunning how awful they are at their job. Seriously just burn the place down and start over your staff is so bad I don’t even shop there anymore no matter how hungry I am I’d rather go hungry then buy from your establishment
