It's a Wetherspoons, you know what you're getting. Beer and breakfast were fine.

Not really noteworthy compared to most spoons but whoever was in the kitchen Tuesday afternoon between 1.30 and 2.00 should get a pay rise. I've had a lot of spoons food over the years and this was by miles the best, cooked to perfection. Ended up also ordering couple extra small plates and a dessert which were also equally delicious

The frontline staffs are very nice and give helpful. The traditional breakfast is very general but reasonable price.

Food was great, just a bit busy so seating wasn't the best but a nice big beer garden around the back

Good old traditional pub with food and drinks, but is it me or have breakfast beans portion gone smaller?

Great service and atmosphere. Always clean! Here I had one of the best cooked steaks I've ever had (I ordered medium rare and got it more on the rarer side—just how I like it!). Not sure if this is a brand-wide change, or just The Eccles Cross, but I appreciate the recent change in sausages—the taste and quality has improved immensely. Only reason not 5* is because the portion of beans during breakfast hours is very small 1–2 teaspoons at most.

I've been going to this Bar and Restaurant for a Number of Years now the JD Witherspoon Eccles Cross, and I have noticed that I have neither seen any trouble there, the People and staff are friendly and you can talk to them most easily. One of the most important things about anything these days is the price JD Witherspoon is in my mind one of the cheapest Bars 🍻 around and if you want a affordable day out this is the place for you, I mean £3.37 for a paint of Stella that would be £5 in Manchester or even Monton just down the Road 🛣️. To be honest I don't eat there so I'll leave that to you. All in all a pleasant place this is why I am going to give 5 Stars 🤩.

Half a pint of real ale and refillable hot drinks for £2.09. Both male bartenders were helpful and polite.

I attended there after the derby aga cup final. I’d only dropped in for a few beers. But same old Wetherspoons. Great alcohol!
