It's New Year day but the online and store front hours are upto 9 pm. I arrived at 6.45 pm and the door is already locked. The front desk person refused to serve us. We were visiting local area from out of town, and they could have earned our business. Very disappointed in lack of customer service.

I originally gave this Subway 5 Stars 2 years ago because of the quality of the ingredients and friendly staff.
Unfortunately, customer care has steadily declined since then and the establishment customarily closes 15 - 30 minutes earlier than advertised, even if one calls ahead to all that they do not close early.
Hopefully, Management reconsider this negative trend.

I like this subway location. The people there are very nice and provide good service. I've never had to wait long if at all. The food is always fresh.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff that greet you right as you walk in the door. They make a sandwich well and quickly, and the social distancing setup is done very well. Great job, guys!
