In the last two years or so I have gotten a lot more into Indian food. So much so that i've had Indian food in probably 25 different places across 10 states. For me it always becomes a taste vs. value situation and in some cases, Indian food can be quite expensive and will only be as good as the last place which was potentially cheaper. Here this wasn't the case. The prices were solid and so was the food. BYOB for anyone wondering, but there is beer sold in the gas station next door. We started with some Keema Naan which was very good. The lamb was seasoned well and had a nice consistency. Sometimes at other places the lamb will be so ground that it is like eating a paste, this was ground but still had some body to it. I'd order this here again for sure. The Chicken Tikka Masala to be perfectly honest is fairly standard compared to a lot of places we have been. The sauce had a very mild heat and a nice creaminess to it and the chunks of chicken were tender and tasty. The Lamb Biryani was solid, but didn't have the depth of flavor that a lot of biryani's i've had before. I enjoyed it and I would get it again, but I have had much better biryani's. Also the addition of peas was new to me. Didn't love or hate that, just different. The Seafood Vindaloo was a minor miss for me. If we had just gotten shrimp vindaloo I believe I would have really enjoyed it but some of the other seafood just made it a bit mushy and kind of lackluster. The sauce was very good and had nice spice though, so next time i'd get just the Shrimp. All in all, a really solid place to grab an Indian meal. I'm sure we'll be back.

Went here for my mom’s birthday and the food was phenomenal! Our party ordered multiple items to sample and share and we were all extremely impressed by how amazing the food was. The shrimp tava, garlic naan, and chicken curry were some of our favorite items (although everything was extremely delicious). The servers were all very attentive and made sure to ask if we needed more rice or anything. We were even given complimentary rice pudding to go, which was also very tasty. The environment is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to clove way before they moved to Easton. Every time I have had food from here it's been delicious and absolutely on point. This is by far the best Indian restaurant in the valley and I'm sticking to that. You honestly can't go wrong with anything on their menu. I highly recommend!!

Such pleasure it was to find this authentic Indian Restaurant! Cozy ambiance with original Indian decorative pieces, comfortable booth seating, courteous, kind service. The Chef/ owner Sandy came out from the kitchen to check on us, how satisfied we were with our dinner. He was funny too that is always extra points! The prices are unbeatable. Very tasty, flavorful meals, one of the very best garlic Naans we ate. Kindly recommend 'Clove' to those love authentic Indian food. Oh a big misconcept that Indian food use only curry. Nothing can be further from the truth. Indian spice palette is wider than one can imagine.

The Clove is my favorite Indian restaurant that I've tried in the Lehigh Valley. I enjoyed the lunch buffet when they had one (discontinued for Covid), but I also like their regular menu. They will spice it up when requested. For my most recent visit, they let me dine-in even though they were technically advertising take-out only (February 2022). I think they were having issues with their heating system, so I had to sit near a space heater, but I didn't mind.

Got there on 9:11pm exactly and they close at 10:00 p.m., I saw the lady contemplate in her head if she should sit us or not, but sadly said takeout only. Food was average just salty and sorta spicy with no real flavor and quickly ate it at the hotel we took it back to.

Went here for dinner and absolutely loved it. We tried the Pakoras and Tandoori Sampler for appetizers and I had the Lamb Rogan Josh with Garlic Naan. Went with the spicy option which was sneaky but not overpowering. I highly recommend this place and will visit often now that I live in the neighborhood.

I've been to every Indian restaurant in Lehigh Valley, and can confirm that Clove is the best. I remember visiting their first restaurant on Airport Rd when they opened, and the ear to ear smile I had after the meal - you know the feeling when you've found your new jam. There are certainly other good places to get Indian food in LV, but Clove nails it every time (we've had at least 50-60 meals from this location at this point). Spice level is accurate, so you don't have to guess. Appetizers are always fresh. My current favorite dish is the Chef's Special Chicken - if you like butter chicken and Tikka Masala, you will LOVE this dish. The sauce is creamy, rich and delicious. Tandoor oven chicken cooked to perfection. I've had many of their vegetarian dishes as well, the paneer makhani is amazing. They will typically include a small portion of dessert for free when ordering takeout, a nice touch. Despite what some of the less-classy tourist-trap Indian restaurants in the area will do, Clove DO NOT charge you for rice - it is included with a main dish - same as every other authentic Indian restaurant I've been to.
