Dunkin'

Just have been through the drive thru but have had no complaints yet. The staff seem to be thoroughly trained now, and I really like how they have a second window for larger orders that can be bypassed to the exit if you're just getting coffee. Apparently the inside should have some upgrades over the older Dunkin stores but haven't had a chance to go in yet.

The Scott Mazda team does it again! This is my 3rd consecutive lease from Scott and I couldn't be happier. My salesman, Andy, was fantastic from the start. Nick in Finance saw it through and made the transition from my current lease to my new one super easy! Milad is the most knowledgeable and thorough in the industry and repeatedly takes the time to make a seemingly daunting experience as enjoyable as possible. Thank you all again for taking the time to quickly address any questions we had and making it a smooth transition!

Very rude worker taking orders through the drive-thru. After every item she responded very nastily, "Is that it?" When I tried to order donuts she told me that they never let people order the half dozen in the drive-thru and that she would let it slide just this once. I had my 3 kids with me, I didn't want to go in. Finally when I got done ordering she said, "pull up," no price, no nothing. Then when waiting at the window, she poked her head out and said I needed to pull up because they weren't done with my order. Her tone and body language was so aggressive and unnecessary. Then, one of the items (a bagel sandwich) was totally burnt on top an the bacon was almost black.

Terrible experience went through drive thru was told that I couldn’t walk and had to be in car which I understand safety concern. On my way walking home I ran into my neighbor who graciously drove me thru the drive thru when we pulled up to pay the worker told my friend very sarcastically if he new me!!!!! Asked him twice, can’t believe how that made me feel almost like I forced him or got in someone’s car that I didn’t know. Called manager Stephanie who was very kind and said she would talk to employee. I can’t believe how this girl made me feel. Will be calling corporate office and attorney for the way I was treated like I was a criminal.
