Wingstop

I'm still waiting in the waiting room. 30 minutes later & 2 grub hub orders completed by the grubby wingtender. It's 9pm. How hard is your job? What a grubby place & so this is why I've never tried this place in my life because I had a feeling it would be garbage. Food tastes like trash too. What a waste of time & money.

I've ordered from here before and it was always good. Today you let me down the fries were bland yet I ordered regular seasoned..the hawaiian tenders had absolutely no flavor and the traditional hot were mild at best. It was all cold by the time I got it. If this is where flavor gets its wings then it should stay grounded and not even try to fly. Horrible.

Horrible experience!! We went in and stood there for about 15 minutes before anybody even helped us, and when they did we basically had to help ourselves by doing it on the app. Before being helped a guy walked by us and went a talked to his co-worker that was on break and they were using very foul language loudly talking about the issues in the work place. Also we got our food and our order was messed up no fries at all when our order came with fries. We went back got our fries and the fries were burnt like black!!!! I went back in and asked for new fries the lady told me she just made these and heated them up but she would make new ones. She came back five minutes later Exactly and have me the same fries back!!! The geese had to be grease that wasn’t changed and that was used all day because when you open up the bag you smelled burnt grease!!! Lastly the customer service over all was just horrible, they saw us staring there for fifteen minutes no one helped, they were walking back and forth getting drinks for theirselves but no one still helped us. An employee there was using profanity super loud on the phone complaining about the job and they also had a 40 minute wait on our food even though everything still came out burnt and tasting like grease!!!!
