I don't have very high standards when it comes to fast food. It serves it's purpose and frankly the staff are often underpaid. As long as everything is clean, the food isn't off of what would be normal for this restaurant, service is fine, and there aren't weird fees that generally guarantees 5 stars from me.
When I went inside there wasn't anyone at the counter. Not a huge deal, I just used the kiosk. I ordered food for dine in, took my "buzzer pad", and sat at a small table to read while waiting. 20 minutes pass and my number didn't go off. This was strange because I didn't get anything extraordinary. I checked the pickup counter and my order was packaged "to go".
I asked some quick questions (is this everything, can I get a tray) which I got very brief responses to. Despite being assured everything was there, my drink was not given to me. I also noticed that they defaulted my side to the baguette since I was not given a choice.
The food was probably fine when it was fresh (20 minutes ago), but the bread for my sandwich was stiff and the cheese was firmly stuck to my wrapper. I suppose I should've checked earlier, but honestly that's the point of the buzzer. My soup was luckily still pretty warm, but overall the experience was very lacking.

Recently moved to the area. I am always amazed at how efficient everyone is behind the counter: there’s not a lot of space, and everyone is bustling about pulling together customer orders: no wasted movements. Despite how busy they are, there’s always a “Thank you, hon!” and a smile when I pick up my food. I’ve brought in my puppy a few times and the staff always gives her a treat. Just seems like a well-oiled machine there. People who care about doing a good job and are kind.

This location is usually better. Sandwich had no bacon on it, received an extra ceasar salad, no clue if we paid for it because there was no receipt. The other sandwiches were really good and the soup was outstanding

If I could give 0 Stars, I would. I had 3 consecutive poor experiences at this specific location. The staff is rude and inexperienced at checkout. They cannot accomodate for food allergies. They mix up orders every time. I attempted drive thru this time and I am not sure if it was the long 25 minute wait with not a car in the line, or just poor service overall that provided a classic grilled cheese that was burnt, cold and smooshed into a blob. Overall I recommend finding another place to eat.

I'm still not sure what the allure with this franchise stems from because prices for food presented doesn't add up for me.
They your it's clean, basic food but everyone I ordered a soup and sandwich, the meager portion vs price us off and so, to neet acfruebd for coffee or stop to grab a trwat with the cold brew unsweetened tea is all it takes anymore.
For the month of March, 2022, the company emailed me that a free bagel each day and with gas prices, it's few and far between visits. Just the other day, IZZY helped me with replacing a bagel because drive thru clerk toasted my TO-GO blueberry bagel and til I arrived home, it was rock hard. Thanks, IZZY!

So many staff..one of the few places that appears to have enough. Food took forever...as the employees were screwing around...cursing ...some just were doing nothing....instead of preparing food.

Regina is super friendly, helpful and thoughtful. She helped me to order a family dinner for four in a timely way with the most saving. She is so knowledgeable for what she is doing.

First let me say the 2 stars I not based on the food. I always get the spicy Thai chicken salad and it's great! The food is Always delicious. My 2 stars are based on cleanliness. Almost every time I go there. The tables are a dirty mess. The carpets look terrible. And the employees that are re filling the drinks normally just cut in front of you. Oh yeah the last time I went I had a employee practically run into me as he was running about looking for pager number 35. Bottom line, cleanliness means a lot. Get a better system is you have a hard time with the pagers. Use a bright cone with numbers on it for a table marker. And be more polite and courteous to the customer. Oh yeah one last rant and rave while I'm on it. Why is it such a hang out. When your done eating get up and leave so there is seating for the next. Why does everyone have to do their work or homework there. . Or hang out 20/30 mins after their done eating.
