A client and I had decided to goto Steak and Spice in order to eat and sitdown. Unfortunately, during my visit we did have to go and pay early. The staff wrapped our food up for us.

The name is rather misleading. We thought there would be a variety of British and Indian food available which is why we chose them (one of my son's was feeling a little ill and washed some traditional bland British grub).
However there was only Indian food available and NO steak.
I have to say, the Indian food (I had chicken bhuna, pilau rice, onion bargees and keema nan) was superb. I have not had better.
If they also had steak, burgers, chips and perhaps battered fish on the menu they would fill a niche that needs filling and I'd give them 5 stars.

I've had a couple of burgers delivered from here, the burgers are good but the quality of the chips that come with them can vary. They were good on the first order, really hot & crispy but were a bit soggy & greasy on the 2nd. 20% discount if you order through their website rather than JustEat but you have to ask for it.

Excellent food. Very good prices. Friendly welcoming staff. Nice roomy, airy Restaurant.Plenty of food to choose from. Lunchtime Buffet £6 per person. Will definitely go back.

The curry side of the menu is sooooo good that I've never tried the steak. The pickled chilli's are addictive and the service is superb. Don't let the split cuisine concept put you off... It's so much better than Tiger Lilly. Go for it people... Get some tasty curry in you!

Must try this restaurant, Indian restaurant and best burgers and steaks. They do have great deals on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings look out for their live music night too

Delicious food, very friendly, polite staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They have rearranged the seating and it looks really lovely. Manager was telling us they're going to be having live music and having a dance floor one night a week. Thursday's I think he said. Definitely worth a visit.

I actually bought a coupon through Groupon for 4 which was a mistake as were restricted to a set menu which in all honesty was a little short on choice food we had was of a good quality and very tasty restaurant does lack atmosphere and for a Saturday night was very quiet we were the last to leave and it was only 10 o'clock I also think it is a little moor pricey than other similar restaurants in eastleigh I would return
