Cook Out

Oh my gosh...the worst burgers to get through drive thru. My mother in law insisted these were the best burgers but she was able to sit inside when she went before. The dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive thru. When we got home...the burgers were so tightly wrapped that they seemed small and the grease soaked into the bread and it was awful.

Pulled up at the drive thru, and as I was placing my order (with my kids in the car), I heard cuss words being used loudly. The woman who was taking my order wasn't helpful in assisting me at all and the quality of food is awful. I would definitely recommend bypassing this place and stopping by Chik-fil-a across the road instead.

Milkshakes are always on point, and the pricing of trays is reasonable. They definitely skimp on the nuggets/chicken tenders though and the hot dog chili taste very cheap and bland. I've been told after 7pm, managers leave and it's up the younger staff to close, which explains the horseplay between employees when pulling up to the window. Correct me if I'm wrong on that one, customer service could be improved. Overall it's okay for bang for buck in comparison to other burger joints in the area.

Well I had a good experience the first few times I went to this one but then the last time I went they took very long time to get my order finished then they missed half of my order, then I tried to contact them about it and no one picked the phone up and went to a automated voice mail service and never got a response back. I wouldn't have cared as much as I did but I had a $40 order and at least $15 to $20 of the order was missing. Then for them to not respond back just makes it even worse.

So this way the first time my husband and I had ever ate at a cookout. It will be our last. My daughter who was with us insisted we eat there. It took us a minute to decide what we wanted, because we had never been there. Only to be rushed by drive thru employees. I was looking so forward to my burger, because we don't do burgers often, and it was a total disappointment !!! The meat on the burger was barely bigger then a half dollar. I took the top bun off, to try to taste the meat... Nope. So then I did away with bottom bun... No help. If I had wanted a salad, I would have order a salad. Total waste of time and money.
