This Greggs is quite small, but there’s one thing that makes it 5 star, and that’s the employee named Alex. He is always smiling, and he’s very attentive and patient with customers! He makes going into this Greggs a delight

There was a young lady that served me in Saturday, she was cheerful and Very polite.
I would had given 5 * if they had Apple Danish. They no longer sell that, this now had decline my visits from 4 times a week to once every 2 weeks, just to check if the Apple Danish is back

Our last Sunday visit at Greggs was lovely! We received a wonderful customer service from Stephanie. What a difference she made to our day (where the whole world is miserable and petrified of the virus at the moment). My husband and I had a lovely welcome as soon as we arrived. She was smiling, she was very polite and kind. Nothing was a trouble. Stephanie is a great asset to Greggs! Thank you :-)

Excellent service. I walked in. A greggs white female staff member in her 50-60s very welcoming. Went out of her way to give me a steak bake that had some Dakota of meat inside. Bagged up my cakes properly and correctly. Amazing staff. Not often that a staff member makes your day. Polite professional and warming. One in a million proffessional. She will be scooped up by some company.
