Burger King

This burger king gets my order wrong every time. The employees are nice. The attention to detail is greatly lacking. I wouldn't think to mention it but they managed to make me a half hour late for my work appointment. I asked for no sauce so that I could work without my burger getting soggy. I knew it would be sitting for a little bit. Instead it was drowned in mayonnaise. The manager gave me French fries to make up for the mess up. And that was generous however it did not help my timeline. They were also nice enough to make me fresh food after the mess up but again I did not have time to stand around and wait. I told the employee such and was disregarded. I'm giving them two stars because they were sweet. But they need to pay attention to what they are doing so two stars is all they get.

Got an impossible Whopper and a regular Whopper. Bringing the impossible Whopper up to my face and smelling it I immediately smelled a rotten garbage or dead animal sort of smell. Maybe it was more like hospital waste or a used bandaid. The taste was like beans that had turned or maybe an old protein shake. The texture was like fish a little bit. It fell apart into flakes like cooked fish but those flakes stayed whole and didn't fall apart further. Overall it was gross but I could see vegans eating it. They eat gross stuff all the time. The regular Whopper was much better. The immediate smell of super fake flame broiling was comforting. And even though it wasn't what you would traditionally think of as meat, the tendons and gristle and connective tissue makes for a decent burger. It doesn't really fall apart under teeth but stays firm and you can chew it for a while and it is the same after 45 chews as it was after 5. I will come back because I love the traditional Whopper and I can't afford real food all the time.

Every time I go to the drive through they don't seem to listen to what your saying. They rush you by saying anything else after every item even if you already started saying the other item. I have a big famy and always warn them I have a big order and stillafter the first item you hear anything else. By the time I'm done I'm irritated and find it very rude. Customer service is always horrible. However they get food out fast but always mess up orders And if you ask them to correct it they are rude. I try not go here however my kids want to eat there sometimes so I deal with it. Staff needs to change in the evenings and some t aining for customer service in the drive thru.

Went in last night to get dinner on our way home from Denver. Was around 9:30pm. Staff was super rude, told us we could not eat inside and put all the chairs up on the tables, put up cones out saying bathroom closed and lockEd all the doors and had to let us out when food was ready. We called when we were in vail to make sure lobby was open they said yes until 10pm.
