Costa Vida

We have been giving this location so many tries to get it right. Every single time there are items missing and we have to go back. Every time. Last night was the last straw. I ordered the pulled pork tacos and there was literally a sliver of meat in one of them and not much more in the second one. They forgot the extra tomatillo ranch I ordered with it. A small amount of rice and beans too. For how much they charge, you think they can get it right and have at least a portion size that covers the bottom of the container. Very lame. My wife ordered the chicken salad and what do ya know, no tomatillo ranch with it either. If you are the owner of this location, you just lost a customer for good.

Their food is so good and our family was super excited not to cook dinner tonight and instead order from Costa Vida. When we picked up our order there was two things that were not right and when I called and talk to the manager there she was super apologetic, very kind, immediately fixed it and took care of us. She just kept apologizing and telling me how sorry she was and the whole time working to make it right. I truly believe that we are all human and make mistakes but it’s how you handle those that counts. They absolutely showed exceptional business standards and customer service! Pretty impressive Costa Vida when even with my order wrong I am still leaving a 5 star review!! Linder and Chinden Costa Vida thanks for being rockstars!!

Costa Vida has a good variety of menu items and they all taste delicious. I had the Grilled Chicken Burrito and my wife had the Sweet Barbeque Salad -- we were both pleased with our meals! You can customize your order from many options. Portions are good-sized. The servers appear to enjoy working there. Tonight, on a Friday, there was a line of people; however, it moved quickly.

We needed a quick bit to eat. I got the chicken chile verde burrito smothered which was huge! I loved the extra pick and lettuce on the side. And my friend got the special of the day: enchiladas. The burrito was not hot enough for me so I added some of their hot sauce which worked like a charm! The super family friendly relaxed atmosphere was great. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

My complaint is the app -even though it may not be the location's fault, but it made my experience INCREDIBLY sour of I can't even order ahead and use my deal that I'm given...then the app DELETES the deal so I can't even use it in the store!! FIGURE IT OUT!! I used to love going to Costa Vida, now it's a chore.

Food here is great. Sadly many of the patrons are not wearing masks and it seems the employees are not enforcing the mask mandate. Whole families came in without any masks during a busy lunch time. It's a number has we love this place and now cannot be safe there. I guess we will wait until the pandemic is over to go back.
