Great service, beer and really excellent food. We had mussels as a shared starter (tasty, large and perfectly cooked), steak (with extra veg instead of potato gratin), an enormous beef beef cheek and churros as a shared dessert. All dishes were superbly tasty!

Enjoyed a delicious falafel burger with lovely chunky chips inc hot drink for £14. They don't really cater for vegan (I was meeting a sorry group there), had to ask for no cheese and couldn't eat the coleslaw, no plant milk with coffee. Good friendly prompt service, food arrived in good time tho we were the only ones eating at the time. Tidy, great garden especially for kids. Didn't use the toilets. Accessible entrance with no steps into pub. Would go again.

An excellent meal was served to our large group today by the friendly and helpful staff of the Oak at Kingshill.The Chef was lovely and was able to chat food with us after the meal. The Plum sorbet was amazing.

Went out to the oak at kings hill for a birthday meal, this was the first time since they have transformed it into a lovely stylish very modern place. It feels very fresh and clean and all the staff are helpful and polite. Then we get to the food! Well what can I say it is on the next level every aspect from starter to desert looked and tasted amazing. It was very refreshing to have some fine dining on the menu, even the orange juice and lemonade was really good. And to top it off they give me a lovely happy birthday message on the side of my warm chocolate brownie and Icecream. I would like to say well done to the whole team there. You are all doing an amazing job.
