Enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the Banzai Burger. As always, we love that they will refill your fries basket at no extra charge. Their strawberry lemonade is also excellent! Great service; great food.

I feel like you pretty much always know what to expect here. Good burgers, good value, great service, and cold drinks. I will note the last few times I've requested my burger cooked with pink, but it comes with no pink. Of course I still enjoy it, but it would be better cooked as ordered. Also, they have the best ranch. Like it's so good I could drink it (I wouldn't actually, but it is that good).

Came here for my birthday dinner with my bf and we had fun. Our waitress was very tentative she made sure we had drinks and our food was good. She even thought at one point she forgot our drinks and brought us to fresh ones and we still had full cups. She was polite and very kind. Our food was delicious I just have an issue of finishing those huge tasty burgers lol.

Immediate service (which at 2 other establishments, we didn't even get greeted within 5 minutes)
Super happy and friendly staff.
(I normally remember names well, but I think I'll butcher her name... Started with a T) was amazing, and restored my wife's faith in good service in Durham.
Food was better than I remember.
My 3 year old even loved it.

Went in for take out and had to ask to be served. Food was made in a reasonable amount of time. When we got home to eat I found the burger to be greasy and the meat lacked flavor.

Super good burgers! I love that they give you a "healthy" option to get unlimited broccoli too!!! Our waiter, Nicholas was super sweet and did a great job. The kitchen did put the wrong cheese on my burger, but when I told Nicholas, he happily took it back and had them remake it! Food was delicious!

The food was good. The waiter WAS TERRIBLE! He came over and introduced himself. It was so loud in there and he was barely over a whisper. We saw him maybe 2 more times and that's when he passed by and brought other fries. The rest of the time it was waitresses. We never got the ranch we asked for and the tea was not sweet. I give it a 2 for the food.
