Waited 15min in line to place a carry out order and another 10 min or so for food. Got to my destination and the large fry was half empty and I was missing a sandwich. Went back up there waited some more only to get just the sandwich. Needless to say my food was not good in the end cause all but the 1 sandwich was cold.

This visit was not good. Untrained lady at the front. I ordered the big breakfast. Did not want the pancakes. Menu listed sausage,got bacon and pancakes. The lady called manager several times. Still got it wrong. Won't be going back there for breakfast.

I Had a good experience from ordering off the Kiosk (3rd time ever) using them since they were introduced shortly after COVID-19. Had my first ever meal brought to my table from an excellent employee, that just surprised me lol

Sucked as usual, but 1 of ta 3 items left on the useta b famous value menu was any size drink,. Other 2 items were napkins & extra ketchup. The good ole days are gone. Thanks Joe.

Recently I went to the McDonald's location on 1726 W Cumberland St, Dunn, NC 28334. I ordered the quarter pounder meal. The quarter pounder looked like a regular cheeseburger. The young lady at the window didn't greet me even though I was nice to her. She ignored me and gave me the bag. The time was about 4:15 pm on 6/11/22. Piss poor.

Well first thing before work I order then see a smiling face. This lady is sunshine.. I can't remember her name I've only recently started regularly visit. Yes McDonald's employee to see is this lady at the window.. Thanks for putting a smile on my ogle mug...

Great service at this location always, it's just some of the people don't know how or where to park. Geeze had a glass company parked beside the drive thru lane blocking thur traffic one wk, this wk one pks right up front, Hello they have Spaces for parking, let's park proper so this crew can continue to do a great service 4 all...

Ordered in drive thru then had to wait 15 mins for 3 McChickens and a large fries but one of the employees named Alex made sure I had everything with my order and correctly he was also rushing to get orders out as much as possible
